And, sure enough, after installing it in the default Ubisoft Connect location (C:\Program Files (x86)\Ubisoft\Ubisoft Game Launcher\games), the game started without any hitch. So, fast forward to today, after I tried every possible solution to run Splinter Cell Blacklist on Windows 11 (the game would not actually launch, although the process was there), I realized that, again, I had installed it on drive D, so I said.
